My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were clean and quite comfortable, but not as advertised; we ended up with full beds instead of queens, and there was no luggage bench, so we had to put our bags on the floor. The smell of old cigarettes didn't make for the most pleasant atmosphere. On the other hand, the service was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially when I needed a last-minute change to my booking. The location was convenient, close to excellent restaurants and a relaxing spot. The dining experience was mixed, with great service but overpriced options. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

What a wonderful experience! I had a great stay overall. The rooms were super clean and comfortable with a welcoming touch of cookies in room 615, and the staff was incredibly helpful and awesome. However, the dining options, despite being good, seemed a bit pricey, especially the $20 breakfast buffet. The location was perfect for my visit to San Antonio for Fan Fair, but it was a bit far from the main attractions, although the staff was very helpful and nice. The facilities were top-notch, and the prices were reasonable for what you get.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of downtown, making it great for those visiting downtown San Antonio but preferring not to stay directly on the Riverwalk. The dining options were pricey for what they offered, with a lack of freshness noted early in the morning.
